If outbound is the issue, then you will most likely need a protocol rule to
allow outbound SMTP traffic. If your ISP doesn't provide and SMTP server,
then you'll have to setup your own SMTP server and create a protocol rule to
allow the SMTP server outbound access.

hi there thanks for the reply Sir i can recive mails through outlook but just cant send it....i am using hotmail account i am able to send and recive mails only if i configure the internet explorer to use No proxies or automatically detect settings thanx
