isa and IM

dear sir
i have a problem with my local IM for exchange 2000
in the IM there is 2 one for microsoft passport and the other for our local
exchnage IM server
when the client wants to access the IM for MSN is ok and working fine ,,, but
when they want to access the 2nd one which is for the exchange server there
system will stop and nothings will happen
can you tell me what is the problem ... this problem only happened when i
install ISA server..
