iis admin and exchange services stopping on isa server

My exchange services are stopping with an error message in the event
viewer starting out with the iis admin service unexpectally quit then
imap,pop3,routing engine,smtp and the www service all stop with the same
error message in the event viewer. Can anyone give me a clue what might be
causing this?Jim
