how to use ISP POP3 email in conjunction with my own exchange server

Can any one tell me how to enable my users to download email from an ISP
POP3 server to there outlook program. I have an exchange server published
on port 110 so I would sespect that any mail that would come to my
firewall would got to my exchange server. is there a way around this or
is this a question for an exchange admin
please help
