"Rule#1" and "Rule#2" are log fields that you can add to your ISA logs.
Check out the Logging configuration in the ISA help.

How you read the logs depends on how you've configured your ISA to log.
My guess is that you're using text logging, which means you can open them in 
Notepad.
If you have some familiarity with T-SQL, you can use the IIS Resource Kit Log 
Analyzer to scan your log files.

how should i look in the ISA web proxy logs & what do you mean by "Adding
"Rule#1" and "Rule#2" to the web proxy logs "?
