emule not working

hi folks:
emule & edonkey are programs that are for peer to peer file sharing.they
don't work behind ISA server 2000,neither firewall client nor NAT
client.They use 4662 for tcp port & 8049 & 4672 for UDP port.I have
defined these ports on protocol defenitions too but still it doesn't work
behind ISA either with NAT client without any limitations.
pleaaaaase he;p me as soon as possible.
