Hi.
You have to right click on "Bandwidth Rules" and then go to properties.
There You turn on Bandwidth and You have to set effective speed.
By default this option (Bandwidth Control) is off.

hi,
pls does anyone know how to configure effectivebandwidht priority? i want
to restrict the bandwidth my connection uses for the internet, but it
seems whenever i configure a particular bandwidth on the isa server, it
doesnt work, it seems to be using all the bandwidth the link has to offer.
any suggestions pls? i connect to my isp via wireless radio.
