Which one  u  using dns resolution or smtp relay ?

I have an Exchange 2000 Server running on an internal server on the internal 
LAN. I installed ISA on a member server that doesn't host any service other 
than ISA itself as a firewall, VPN solution.  I configured the server 
publishing wizard in the ISA management console.  I can successfully receive 
incoming e-mail, but the outgoing mail just queue's up and never sends. Has 
anyone experienced a similar problem?
 
Any help would be much appreciated.
