doesn't work FTP

i have a problem, i have two servers, a linux server with web server and ftp 
server software and a ISA server.

the linux has a real ip adress.

from outside of my network i can make connection with the linux for http and 
ftp, but inside my network (the machines clients of the isa server) can not 
make connection for ftp, but they can use the web browser very well.

need i config anything ??
