connection to webmail OWA Exchange 2K

Halo.
I have exchange 2000 entrprise server SP2, windows 2000 SP2 behind ISA server
SP1.
If i send&receive mail with outlook express Ok.
But i connection webmail outlook web access exchange 2K error :
- 10061 -connection refused
Internet security and Acceleration server
- Background.
The server you are attempting to access has refused the connection with the
gateway.
