connection timed out after some time

hi,
i have an isa server installed in Integrated mode with 2 network cards one
in public and other in private. i find that the clients in the private
network get connection timed outs periodically. all services are running
in the firewall. When browsing from the isa directly we find that certain
sites are reachable  but not all. The web proxy clients are able to reach
the same sites in the above condition.

By putting a PC in the public network( in the same LAN as that of the
public ethernet interface of ISA)  we are able to browse all the sites.

From the ISA itself we are able to ping and nslookup successfully for all
sites.We restore the service by rebooting the ISA server.

The same works fine for 3-4hrs and the problem starts again.
