cannot ping tse behind isa with session vpn

hello everyone - another problem
i have isa on my lan 10.0.0.2 (sbs2000)
i have published a web server on a win2000 srv domain member 10.0.0.4
i have rras on isa for vpn users from outside
i can access from outside to my web
i can open vpn session
unfortunately i cannot ping inside on 10.0.0.2 or 10.0.0.4, accordingly i
cannot open tsweb sessions
an idea ?????
