Hi Maryam!
You can use the Destination set to create a " Denied Destination set " and 
apply it to the " Denied Sites and contents Rule " , But you will have to add 
each forbidden site manually each day on that list!!!
 
OR
 
You can Get a filtering Software that is automatically monitor and categorize 
all the visited sites , and all you have to do is to block or to allow a 
certain category , and it blocks all the related sites to that category!
 
you can use " Surf Control Web filter"
