If you use DHCP you should update your Options.

Check your internal DNS and make sure it reflects the new IP address for

anyone know why if I change the Internal NIC IP of my ISA server and all
associated client sets, rules etc. that web proxy and firewall clients
can not contact the server for web access or client updating? Driving me
nuts.
All other aspects appear just fine (vpn clients, pinging, tracerouting).
All services running. Packet log indicates blocking on any attempt for
clients. Thanks in advance.
