Jim,

These are the setting that I was given by my ISP

Router ip:              217.204.192.81
Subnet mask:            255.255.255.240
Network Address:        217.204.192.80
Broadcast address:      217.204.192.95
IP Range                217.204.192.80 to 217.204.192.95
Primary DNS:            195.40.1.36
Secondary DNS:          193.131.248.36

Does this help explain the issue ?
