Hi Rob,
Install the Firewall client on the clients and then configure the site
for Direct Access, or remove the Web Proxy client config on the clients.

Actually, the Webex support guy thinks we just have to tell the ISA
server not to cache anything from *.webex.com. Is that do-able?

Hello again--
Since putting my clients into proxy mode, Webex no longer works. We
never get past the "Session waiting to start" screen.
The Webex guys tell me that it's a cache problem and I need to exclude
the webex site from being cached. Is that right? How do I do that?
Quick searches of the MS KB and the ISA.org site for "webex" turned up
nada.
