I'll take a stab.
Is the web site running on the same box as ISA?

Subject: [isalist] Web Publish Problem
http://www.ISAserver.org
Hi all
We have an ISA \ DNS Problem :-(
Web Publish Problem :
When Internal users try to surf into the company web site they get a
connection refused from the ISA
For people that try to surf to our web site from the Internet the ISA works
like a charm
After inspecting the ISA logs I think the Problem is that the ISA is not
redirecting the Internal Users
To the Right Port on the Server It's stays on port 80
Any idea ?
Thanks
Eran Levi
