Rajiv, I had the same problem , it stops suddenly and we have to manually start the service . I have solved the problem by removing the GFi monitoring tool which already existed. Try your luck. I have tried enough in finding out the problem in the internet , but in vain. one issue was with the number of Network cards which can be used where we must not use more than... Which was not my scenario. Check your service packs .. Raj
