Thanks. Is there any easy way to switch from one ISA to the other, or can I
have them both running? Are there any issues with public IP addresses?

Hi Guinn,

Yes you can install VMware GSX Server, or VMware Workstation on a box and
run ISA from it. You just have to create more virtual NICs for your ISA
machine.

Subject: [isalist] Virtual Server and ISA

Given the problems that I am having with VPN, it seems like it might make
sense to reinstall Windows and ISA Server or upgrade to ISA 2004. I am
reluctant to just wipe out ISA and start over, but I don't have another
machine to try these on. So I asked myself if it would be possible to run
ISA in a virtual server on the same box. I guess my concern would be in
trying to share the network connections.

Would it be possible to run ISA 2000 natively on the machine and ISA 2004 in
a virtual server on the same machine and somehow have the ability to switch
back and forth? Is some other combination possible?
