Thanks for your prompt reply, John... I'll pray for that idyllic miracle
(no new client probs, no new/changing project scopes, no phone calls,
etc.)!!! :) ... I have this software I was supposed to roll out last
August, and haven't yet!

The setup and install will hopefully be done in a few days, if my phone
would stop ringing, if problems with clients would quit appearing, if my
boss doesn't want another meeting with a new client, etc.
