VPN Tunnels

I am currently evaluating Microsoft ISA as a corporate wide Firewall Web
Cache solution, in the process I have setup 2 ISA servers and
attempted to create a PPP and L2TP tunnel between them, both times
unsuccessful. Is there any documentation the covers step by step
HOW TO details and that explain the Local and Remote VPN wizards?  In
addition, what would be the best way to Delete tunnels after they are
created?
