HI Iain,
Its not possible with ISA, but u can certainly do it with third party
solutins, where in u can shape the packets according to the trafic flowing
in the network. Packteer is the best soln for that. We too are using 40 % of
bandwidth for VPN using Packteer. u can get more details on
www.packeteer.com

Is there a way to manage the bandwidth used by external 'dialup' VPN

Say a company want the VPN traffic to use no more than 50% of their
leased
line, so that business traffic destined for the LAN isnt overwhelmed by
the VPN traffic.
