The Firewall client intercepts all Winsock calls according to the settings
in "Client Configuration", "Firewall Client", "Application Settings".
As a result, you have three options:
    1. Disable the FW client during VPN sessions so that all traffic flows
through the VPN channel
    2. Create an entry for "telnet" in "Client Configuration", "Firewall
Client", "Application Settings", as "Disabled=1".
This has the effect of bypassing the FW client for that application,
but it is a global, not "per-user" setting.
    3. Copy mspclnt.ini to "wspcfg.ini" in the folder where "telnet.exe" lives
        add this entry:
            [telnet]
            disabled=1
This has the same effect as #2, but only for this host

      Hello all,

I have an ISA server SP1, with W2K SP3, and the users have installed in
their computers the Firewall Client.

When a user makes a VPN from his computer to another W2K server, and try
to make a telnet to Oracle MIS to port 1521, It doesn't run.
If the user deactivates the Firewall Client, then the Telnet works.

What can I do so that the VPN, and the Firewall client work together?.

      Thanks.
