[isalist] VPN Access denied...

Have an ISA 2004 server which was working perfectly, until I install
W2K3 Server SP-2. Now I cannot connect via VPN.

Before you ask, yes, I read the W2K3 SP-2 Release Notes AND yes, I
installed ADAM SP1 on the ISA server BEFORE I installed W2K3 SP-2, like
Jim suggested.

The error I get when trying to connect via VPN is Error 651 (on the
client trying to connect)

Every single other aspect of the ISA operation works fine.

I went into the VPN Clients Properties to verify the correct GROUP is
listed under the GROUPS tab and it has WINDOWS under NameSpace and under
GROUP is has a SID, not the group name (if this is a clue or not).
