Go deeper.
The account settings are more than just "enable".
Specifically, you want to check the authentication settings as indicated by 
"may not match the authentication method configured in your connection profile"

Hi,

I am getting VPN Error 812: The connection was prevented because of a policy 
configured on your RAS/VPN server. Specifically the authentication method used 
by the server to verify your username and password may not match the 
authenictaion method configured in your connection profile. Please contact 
administrator of the RAS..

I am using MS CHAP V2 authentication both on server( Windows 2008 64 bit with 
TMG 2010) and client(Windows 7) system.

Any suggestion?
