yes, ran it on ISA, It didn't create any sets at all. Its a standalone
install. No errors.

Well, I haven't got it to make breakfast yet, but that's only a WSH
newsgroup post away.. ;-)
What it does is set up a destination set full of known ad sites and
creates
a site and content rule to apply them.
You ran it on the ISA?
Did you get any error popups?
What mode (Array, Standalone) is your ISA running in?
