Any host that should get the updates from the SUS server needs to have:
- W2K Sp2 or later
- WinXP SP1 or later
- Any later OS
- GPO settings or the registry settings applied.

Then you have to restart the Automatic Updates service so it can catch up on
the changes.

Hi

Sorry meant the registry-based group policy to redirect AU to SUS.
For some reason my policy is unable to make the changes to the registry so
had to do it by hand.

Was there any changes to the ISA config to allow it to do AU from SUS.??

Thanks.

Was there any thing special required doing on the ISA server to enable
SUS
updates from an internal server, like opening up ports etc on the ISA
server
apart from the registry edit .??
