Is the client on the internal network or external? Is their client
setup for PASV ftp mode? (folder view or non-folder view). Is the
proper URL going through the URL link : eg: ftp://ftp.plus.es or is it
just doing ftp.plus.es ?
IE will treat ftp:// differently to just the FQDN.

Hi friends,
I have configured ISA Server in Caché mode, but I'm having a problem.
When a client tries to make an FTP conection fron a WEB page link,
using the proxy, on the status bar there is a the following message
"Conecting to ftp.plus.es" and after some minutes the following message
is shown in the web browser:
The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot
be displayed.
