Urgent!!!! Problem with FTP

Hi friends,

I have configured ISA Server in Caché mode, but I'm having a problem. When a
client tries to make  an FTP conection fron a WEB page link, using the
proxy, on the status bar there is a the following message "Conecting to
ftp.plus.es" and after some minutes the following message is shown in the
web browser:

      The page cannot be displayed
      There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot
be displayed.

      Please try the following:

        a.. Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

        b.. Open the p: home page, and then look for links to the
information you want.
        c.. If you believe you should be able to view this directory or
page, please contact the Web site administrator by using the e-mail address
or phone number listed on the p: home page.
      502 Proxy Error - The operation timed out. The remote server did not
respond within the set time allowed. The server might be unavailable at this
time. Try again later or contact the server administrator. (12002)
      Internet Security and Acceleration Server

I have permit FTP for download only in the protocol rules. I don't know what
more I can configure. Can you help me??
