Are you using HTTPS Inspection?
This can sometimes muck up a commerce site (they try to be "smart" about the
requests they receive).
What do you find in the TMG alerts and logs?

UPDATE:
Same trouble using Microsoft IE 9, or Google Chrome 18. But if I bypass TMG
using our Guest wireless internet access AP, I do not have this issue.
So something to do with TMG.
