Actually..its a "contractor access" terminal server.  We replicated some
of our databases and applications on this standoff system.  We just
wanted them to be able to log on to the server via the web browser.

Its just that some people saw the result of this and went "hey that's
nifty..can we do that for our other terminal servers?"
