Thanks for the reply, packet filtering is enabled. I realized that I
was pinging from the ISA server itself using a client via dialup this
was not possible!

Hi Faizal,
By default, you cannot ping the external interface from an external
client. If you can, then packet filtering has not been enabled. Enable
it now.
