Any chance you can elaborate on "use westjet.com" ?
What is the actual user experience at what point in the process?
What is the application being used; browser or customer app?
How is the application configured to access the Internet; direct, auto,
specific proxy, monkeys & buckets?
Adding the FWC also changes the browser settings.

Hi folks,
I have users who can't use westjet.com to reserve flights. If they have the isa
client on their machines, it works fine. I have a number of users who can't
have isa client on their machines. These clients can choose their
origin/destination, dates etc, but when you click on next screen, it comes
right back to the current screen.
Somebody out there come across this, and come up with a fix? I tried to contact
Westjet, but haven't heard back. My users (mostly students) are wanting to book
their Christmas flights.
Any help is appreciated.
