If you want to run services on the ISA itself you need to disable
socketpooling. Here are some articles you should have a read of that
will get you going.

ISA 2004 is not my front firewall, is my back firewall.
The smtp service is an antivirus.
But the problem is not why i need it, the problem is to make an allow
rule from Internet to localhost...
