Hi, A client last week rang with a question regarding download throught put from the subscriber downloads of MSDN.MICROSOFT.COM. They are a software development house, 20 odd developers, running the full version of W3K server, exchange, SQL, oracle, sharepoint, the ISA server sit on a dual NIC'ed dedicated server. The question was, "Why can we achieve down loads through the ISA server from most sites at 400K to 500K per second, but from the Subscriber downloads, was are lucky to get above 150K, but if we plug straight into the ADSL modem, we get close to 500K from MSDN, similar to other sites ?" There is no special rule in the ISA for the MSDN site, it just a standard web access rule, same as the other sites would be going through. I confirmed this to be the case last night. Any suggestions ? Regards Glenn
