One thing though in a corporate envionment, you can actually store the adult content senders and junk senders in the all users section and that can be stored on a share so that all users can benefit from the inclusion of those text files. I'll either create a small c# console program or use vbscript to do the processing of those items in the adult content and junk mail senders text files.
