The idea here is to prevent an infection in one network from spreading to the 
other networks that ISA controls.
Granted, for ISA 2000, this is only from LAT to Internet or DMZ, but ISA 2004 
makes this much more fun.
With a proper ISA configuration, this traffic can't get or out, but there's no 
accounting for most folk's rule sets...
