SSL Information Required

Hi All
I am runing ISA Server on integrated mod with secure NAT client. When any of my
client try to open his own web site administrative control pannel he failed to
open. But the same administrative web site control pannel open on my server its
work properly.
Kindly inform us which polocy apply to open my client his own web site
adminstrative control pannel from his computer. Web Hosting Company provide a
SSL # 19638 http port 80 .
