SMTP filter again

Well, the SMTP filter has decided to stop working on me... it allows all
traffic through, and yeah I've already checked for corruption and
reinstalled the message screener.
 
Could someone look on their IIS for me and see if smtpfiltr.dll is
registered as an ISAPI filter?
