SMTP Filter

Hi Folks

After I have installed ISA Server SP1 , I had problem with SMTP Filter.
There is one domain "Terra" that send message to us.
Only "terra.com.br" receives the following error: "[mail.mydomain.com] said:500 
5.3.3 Unrecognized command"
SMTP filter has default configuration.

Any idea ?
