This looks like one of the points of the future,
In different countries there is as well a lot of governance in the ISP
world.
Like dynamic ISP deliver no SMTP at most European ISP.
And some more different functions as well VPN ect, are blocked.
You want this yes you can pay a lot more and we are talking about 4x to
8x more.
And this looks like a start, how open how free is the internet,
And the ISP.

He'll be out of business soon. You did the right thing. That's one of
the worst small business stories I've heard. I find most of them
sympathetic to small businesses like themselves, not hostile like you
experience.
