RE: Report logs.

You could use something like Webtrends and do a report over the period. 

I have found my best success with logging to an SQL database and just
running queries. You will need someone who knows their SQL though.

How I can configure to report show more than top 20 users or top 20 web
sites? How I can see what all users is doing right now? My MRTG show me 100%
utilisation and I need know what user is downloading mp3 (example) or
anyting.
