Redirection to Custom error Page...

After configuring the HTTP Redirector to allow only WebProxy clients to
access the Internet "Preventing SecureNAT and Firewall clients from
Bypassing the Web Proxy Service and How to Give yourself a headache with
the HTTP Redirector Filter and Anonymous Access" my Site and Content
Rules are working fine and the logs are filling up with usernames trying
to access content on the net. But when a user tries to access a
non-allowed site he or she gets a popup window asking for credentials to
access this non-allowed site.
Is it possible to avoid this and redirect this user to a custom html
page telling him or her that the site they are trying to reach is
blocked?
Thanks!
