Hi Tom
Antivirus program is running on the server, I searched for cod red II but I
didn't find it, CPU is 1or 2% so no problem.
I installed the hot fix for COM+ but nothing positive, so it's not COM+
service problem.
I don't know what to do?

Is there any third party software installed on the machine? Have you noticed
any runaway processes or is the machine maybe under attack?

Thank you for your reply
I'm afraid if its ISA services who stop which causing routing and remote
access to stop, in the past when RRAS stopped in the server I should restart
ISA services before to make RRAS starting ,but it was happened twice or more
but not every 30 minutes, I have really these events every 30 minutes
But I'm confused about com+ service because it's the first service who stop
and after the rest of the services, I have asked Microsoft for sending me
com+ rollup package service pack4 and I'm waiting their answer ,I don't
know if com+ is the problem or ISA services or control manager or system
event service?
Any idea from where this problem if it's not ISA?

Yesterday ISA starting giving these events in the same time every 30
minutes, and routing and remote access stop and restart again after one
minutes
Here are the events:
Event 7032:
The Service Control Manager tried to take a corrective action (Restart the
service) after the unexpected termination of the Remote Access Connection
Manager service, but this action failed with the following error:
An instance of the service is already running.
Event 7031:
The System Event Notification service terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000
milliseconds: Restart the service.
The Routing and Remote Access service terminated unexpectedly. It has done
this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000
milliseconds: Restart the service.
The Remote Access Connection Manager service terminated unexpectedly. It
has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in
60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
The COM+ Event System service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1
time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 60000
milliseconds: Restart the service
Could you please help me what to do?
