Rafeal,

You can grant specific users with the ability to add/remove computers to
your AD domain through the Delegation Wizard.  


Locate the OU where you would like to grant this right, right-click the
OU and click Delegate.  Walk-through the wizard and you can select the
rights to add and delete computers.

Any questions just let the list know and we'll try to help you out.

I know this list is just discuss about ISA Server, but everybody here as
a system administrator, network administrator, etc. Does n1 knows how i
can give permission to account just for add and remove workstation to a
domain without using domain security policy?
