The NIC on the FTP server does have the correct IP address and default
gateway (192.168.our.office and 192.168.our.office, respectively)

The FTP server has a static IP address.

Check the TCP/IP settings for the NIC on the FTP server.

The IP Address should be: 192.168.our.server
The Default Gateway should be: 192.168.our.office

Does the FTP server have a static or dynamic FTP address?
