Is this DNS server also serving requests for the external zone? I'm still having trouble using the FQDN from the internal clients. The FQDN access works from the Web Server/DNS server. Here is what I've done... On the Internal DNS server which is also the Web Server and is behind the ISA server... I added a new zone with the FQDN and a host record Now I can use the FQDN to access from external clients and the web server itself. BUT... all other internal clients can only access the web site using the internal IP address or the Web server's internal name. What have I done wrong??? Must be something in the DNS, but I can't figure out what. Does it take awhile before the DNS updates? Do I have to stop and restart the DNS service for it to distribute the info? Do the clients need to re-boot before they re-read the DNS table??? HELP!!! Thanks!
