That's the default TS binding for W2K as well.
What is the exact nature of the difficulty?

Hi, I discovered an issue with publishing RDP on an ISA server with
W2K3. It appears that the default setting is to bind the RDP listener
two both network adapters. Another problem is difficulty using RDP to a
W2K3 DC from the internet.
