Published server is not accessable!

Hi everyone!!!
There is a NNTP-Server (internal LAN). I have created a server publushing
rule for NNTP. I used the correct internal and external IP-number, but the
server is not accessable from outside. I am able to connect to the
nntp-server from the internal LAN. so i a sure that it runs correctly!
what have i forgotten...???
