Problems and errors on my ISA Server - Please Help

Gentlemen,
I have two problems with my ISA server and I hope anyone can help me.
1. Whenever I open the Monitoring Tab - Alerts, I receive an error that =
refresh failed and I don't have the permission enough.
2. With every Web Proxy request there is an error in the Application Log =
which is event ID 14120 "The ISA Server services cannot create a packet =
filter 147.1.193.197. This event occurs when there is a conflict between =
the Local Address Table (LAT) configuration and the Windows 2000 routing =
table. Check the routing table and the LAT to find the source of the =
conflict. " I checked both the LAT and the routing table but nothing =
new. I read Microsoft Knowledge base and it said we can ignore it. =
Actually its not stopping something but its very annoying and the =
Application log is always full.
